It has a rosy sweet aroma. * The Lemon tree is a small thorny evergreen with sweet fragrant flowers. The essential oil is expressed from the fresh rind of the fruit, which turn yellow as they ripen. Lemon essential oil has a clean, fresh, citrus smell and is stimulating, invigorating and energising. * Clary sage oil is extracted by steam distillation from the flowering tops and leaves of this perennial herb.
